It appears, there is some private dispute between the Order No.
Marfatdars. In the process this Court finds no scope to entertain the writ petition at this stage. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the competent authority for undertaking the grievance.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
