This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with Tigiria P.S. Case No.69 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.67 of 2021 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Tigiria running for the alleged commission of offence under section-147/148/341/323/294/353/336 /307/427/506/149 of the IPC read with section-25 of the Arms Act and section-4/5 of the Indian Explosive Act & section-7 of the Criminal Law(Amendment) Act, have filed this application under section-438 of Cr.P.C. for their grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials on record; further keeping in view the other surrounding circumstances; I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. 5.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Interim order passed on 22.07.2021 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
