This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in fact, the case was disposed of on 25.07.2022 but inadvertently, it has been typed out 20.07.2022 and that due to such mistake, the petitioners could not surrender in time. Hence, the present I.A. has been filed for extension of time to surrender. 5.
Accordingly, it is directed that the date of order be mentioned "25.07.2022" in place of "20.07.2022", rest part of the order remaining the same. It is further directed that the petitioners can
// 2 // avail the benefit of the bail order dated 25.07.2022, if they surrender before the learned District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court, Boudh on or before 23rd of August, 2022 as last chance. 6.
The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
