Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appeal. In the event Petitioner files appeal within a period of two weeks along with interim application, the appeal shall be heard on its own merit and the application for interim protection shall be disposed of at least within a period of two weeks thereafter. For a period of six weeks, status quo as on date with regard to the disputed property shall be maintained by the parties.

Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. 4.
