This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The present writ application has been filed by the Petitioners with the following prayer:

" It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass following relief(s) as per below:- i) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to admit and allow the writ petition.

ii) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Opp.Party authority i.e. the CDM&PHO, Kandhamal (Opp.Party No.4) to sanction and disburse the G.P. of Rs.2000/- along with corresponding scale of pay of Rs.5200 - 20,200/- in P.B.-1 attached to the post of MPHW(M) as per ORSP Rules 2008 in favour of the petitioners from the date of their appointment to till the completion of their training i.e. 2013 with all consequential arrear financial benefits as due and admissible in their favour within a time bound period for the interest of justice.

iii) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass any other writ(s), Direction(s), order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may be

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that ventilating their grievance, the Petitioners have filed a detailed representation before the CDM&PHO, Kandhamal, Opposite Party No.4 under Annexure-8. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the said representation is pending without consideration as of now.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that he has no objection if the representation of the Petitioners is considered by the Opposite Party No.4, which is stated to be pending, within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioners, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party no.4 to consider the representation of the Petitioners in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.4 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner taking into consideration Annexures-4,6 & 7 by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioners, shall be communicated to the Petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
