This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to open the GPF account by making subscription in her account regularly with all consequential service benefits so also treating her service under the old OCS (Pension) Rules, 1992 keeping in view the letters under Annexures-6, 6/1, 8 & 9 by taking into account her initial date of appointment.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that ventilating her grievance, the Petitioner has filed a detailed representation before the Chief District Medical & Public Health Officer, Koraput, Opposite Party No.4 on 15.10.2021. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representation is pending without consideration as of now. He also submits that a direction may be given to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated time.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that he has no objection if the representation of the Petitioner is considered by the Opposite Party No.1, which is stated to be pending, within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law. 6.
Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party no.4 to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner taking into consideration Annexures-6, 6/1, 7, 8 & 9 by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner, shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
