This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode).

Perused the letter dated 15.09.2022 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nayagarh from which it appears that the petitioner after availing the interim bail period has not surrendered on the date fixed for which N.B.W.(A) has been issued against him.

In view of the conduct of the petitioner in flouting the terms and conditions of the interim bail order, the bail application stands rejected.

The learned trial Court shall take coercive steps as provided under law for arrest of the petitioner.

A copy of this order be communicated to the learned trial Court for compliance.
