1. The Court is not inclined to interfere with the FIR at this stage when even investigation has not commenced. Consequently, leaving it open to the Petitioner to urge all the pleas, raised in the present petition at the appropriate stage of the proceedings, the petition is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

2. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
