Respondents Mr. Debakanta Mohanty, AGA

CORAM:

THE CHIEF JUSTICE JUSTICE CHITTARANJAN DASH Order No.

ORDER

13.10.2022

1. By the impugned order of the learned Single Judge, required the Appellant to vacate the land in question within a period of one month and also filed an affidavit before the Competent Authority to the same effect.

2. However, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant is unable to inform the Court whether the above directions have in fact been complied with. It must be noted here that this Court has not granted any stay in the matter.

3. In the above circumstances, the Court sees no reason why it should interfere with the impugned order of the learned Single Judge. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
