The disposed of writ petition has been listed at instance of the Registry. Reason is inadvertent typographical error in the cause title, wherein erstwhile name of petitioner is mentioned instead of present name, amended and consolidated cause title filed. 2.

Name of petitioner appearing in order dated 23rd September, 2022 is corrected as 'Raipur Energen Limited' instead of 'GMR, Chhatisgarh Energy Limited'. The correction be deemed to have been incorporated in said order.
