This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State-Opposite Party. 3.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the orders dated 16th November, 2021 and 4th February, 2022 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhawanipatna in I.C.C. No.6 of 2019 wherein N.B.W.(A) has been issued against him. 4.

Considering the facts and submissions made, I am not inclined to quash the impugned order. However, if the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin over the matter within six weeks hence and move for bail, the Court in seisin over the matter shall allow him to go on bail subject to his depositing 50% of the offending cheque amount before the said

// 2 // court and on other terms and conditions to be fixed by the court concerned.

With the aforesaid order, this CRLMC stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
