This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the ABLAPL No.8000 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 25.07.2022 granting bail to the petitioners but in last line of paragraph-5, the word wrongly mentioned as "has" instead of "had" and. Hence, modification has been prayed for. 4.
Accordingly, it is directed that in the last line of paragraph-5 of the order dated 25.07.2022 it be mentioned as "had" in place of "has", rest part of the order remaining the same. It is further directed that the petitioner can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 25.07.2022, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned J.M.F.C., Soro on or before 29th of August, 2022.
