Heard Mr. M.K. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Ch. S. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate.

According to Mr. Panda, the petitioners are carrying on business at Bhoumaya Nagar Market Complex, Unit-IV, Bhubaneswar in cabins. He further submits that while similarly placed persons like Sukanta Senapati, whose name has been indicated in the rent receipt granted by the Municipal Corporation vide Annexure-4 have been allotted Pindis in the above noted market however, in case of petitioners, the authorities have turn a deaf ear to their prayer for allotting Pindis.

During course of hearing, Mr. Panda submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to approach the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (opposite party No.3) for redressal of their grievances as indicated above and further prays that a
// 2 // direction be issued to the said opposite party to take a decision on such motion within a specific time period. 4.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioners to approach the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (opposite party No.3) by filing individual grievance petitions through speed post within a period of two weeks from today. In the event, such grievance petitions are filed along with copy of this order, the opposite party No.3 is directed to take decisions on the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such grievance petitions and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioners.

Till a decision is taken on such motion, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. 7.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
