It appears that Petitioner sought for quashment of the criminal proceeding dated 09.12.2021, passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Rayagada in C.P. No.06 of 2021. 3.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw the criminal misc. petition with liberty to file appropriate application.
