The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction declare Opposite Party No.7, namely, Sri Bijay Kumar Bhoi, disqualified to become a President of Rupra Road Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society Ltd. in view of Section 28(3)(P) of the Orissa Co-operative Societies Act, 1962 (for short 'the Act').

Election in respect of Rupra Road Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society Ltd. being over since 19th July, 2022, the Petitioner has a remedy under the Act to raise his grievance by filing a properly constituted election dispute. 4.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may agitate his grievance by filing a properly constituted election dispute under the Act.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
