This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Learned counsel for the State submits that after receiving the copy of the bail application, it has been sent to the Inspector in charge of Jaipatna police station for its service on the informant-opposite party no.2 but he has not yet received the confirmation letter regarding such service of notice and the matter may be taken up on some other day.

Learned counsel for the petitioner files the deposition copies of the witnesses as well as the other documents with a memo, which are taken on record. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that copies of such documents have also

Learned counsel for the State submitted that those documents have not been tagged to the case records and he seeks some time to verify the same. As prayed for, list this matter on 09.09.2022.
