Since the lease period has already been over, by efflux of time, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. However, if any cause of action still survives, the Petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority in accordance with law in terms of the DTCN/Agreement which is applicable to him. 3.

With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
