This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with Special G.R. Case No. 752 of 2022 arising out of Lalbag P.S. Case No. 132 of 2022, pending on the file of the Learned S.D.J.M. (S), Cuttack for the alleged commission of offence under Sections419/420/468/471/120-B/34 of the I.P.C and is in custody since 15.06.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Cuttack by Order dtd. 29.06.2022 in BLAPL No.712 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Taking into account the nature of allegation which relates to forging of signatures of the Registrar (Judicial) and Registrar (Examination) of the Orissa High Court, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Application for bail, the Bail Application stands rejected.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands dismissed.
