This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The petitioners are accused in connection with C.T. Case No. 737 of 2022 arising out of Korei P.S. Case No. 174 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Jajpur Road for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-341 /323 /325 / 307 /506/34 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned ADDl. District & Sessions Judge, Jajpur Road by Order dtd. 22.06.2022 in BLAPL No. 222 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the nature of injury suffered being simple in nature and the statements of the injured Smt. Miti Singh, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms

and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter, with the additional stipulation that the Petitioner No.1Chagulu @ Manas Singh shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once every month till conclusion of trial. 6.

The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 7.
