This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed for modification of order dated 25.07.2022.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as the petitioner is not able to arrange the amount of Rs.81,000/- stipulated as cash security to be released on bail, he is still in custody in spite of the order passed by this Court dated 25.07.2022. 5.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and recitals in the I.A., the condition relating to cash security as above is modified and it is directed that if the petitioner furnishes cash security to the tune of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousands), he shall be released on bail on such term to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Other terms remain unaltered.
