Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's account no.0577010107423 in Punjab National Bank, Erasama Branch and two other bank accounts stood frozen pursuant to instructions issued by opposite party no.1 (Vigilance). He seeks interference. 2.
Mr. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party no.1 and submits, he has instruction that his client by letter no.4317 dated 13th July, 2022 told opposite party no.2 that operation in said account can be allowed keeping on hold balance therein as on 9th November, 2021, the date of search by vigilance regarding disproportionate assets case against petitioner's wife. On query from Court Mr. Das submits, he does not have instruction regarding any other
// 2 // account. Mr. Sahoo submits, there be direction made accordingly.

Opposite party no.2 will forthwith allow operation of above mentioned account by petitioner, in compliance with requirement in said letter dated 13th July, 2022 issued by Superintendent of Police (Vigilance) to it. All credit deposits in the account after the date of search i.e. 9th November, 2021 leading to credit balance must be made available for use of petitioner.
