Heard Mr. Manas Chand, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner- Gobinda Jena in connection with Jankia P.S. Case No.78 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.432 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda for commission of offence punishable under Sections 395 of I.P.C. and Section 25 of the Arms Act.

In course of hearing Mr. Chand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this BLAPL in order to move again for bail in the Court below.

Accordingly, the BLAPL is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
