Mr. S.K. Dalai, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner files an affidavit in Court today stating therein that during pendency of this writ petition, the Petitioner approached the Tender Grievance Redressal Committee, which in turn, after due adjudication has redressed his grievance. Therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said affidavit.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the said affidavit. The affidavit so filed in Court today be kept on record.
