It is submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that he has submitted the Vakalatnama. The Registry is requested to trace the same and tagged with the file.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 4.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 219 of 2022 arising out of Nayagarh P.S. Case No. 43 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Nayagarh for the alleged commission of offence under Sections302/307/337/338/323/325/147/148/149 of the I.P.C. 5.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge,
Nayagarh, by Order dtd. 21.06.2022 in B.A No. 84 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

The consideration by the learned Court in seisin over the matter was during the course of investigation. 7.
The petitioner is at liberty to move the learned Court below after filing of charge-sheet. The same shall be considered on its own merits without being influenced by the earlier rejection or the order passed by this court.
