Dalai, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner contends that in view of affidavit filed in W.P.(C) No.16434 of 2022, which is analogous to this case, the grievance of the Petitioner has been redressed by the Tender Grievance Redressal Committee. Therefore, this Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the said affidavit. 3.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the said affidavit.
