This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ Order No.

physical) mode.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials placed on record; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances; it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.67 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1447 of 2021 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further condition that he will appear before the IIC, Govindpur P.S. every Monday in between 10 am to 2 pm for a period of next six months; and will appear in person before the Court in seisin of the case on each date of posting of the case without fail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
