Heard Mr. S.K. Dalai, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State-Opposite Parties. 3.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties more especially to the Tender Inviting Authority to reject the technical bid of the Opposite Party No.5 on the ground of want of valid GSTIN and to award the contract in favour of the Petitioner in declaring him as lowest bidder as per bid evaluation in terms of advertisement to secure ends of justice. 4.

In course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has already made representation before the Opposite Party no.2-Engineer-in-Chief, Water Resources Department, Bhubaneswar vide Annexure-6 series, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 5.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing

Opposite Party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-6 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
