This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner stated to be working as ICDS Lady Supervisor of Mohimunda Sector under the administrative control of the CDPO, Puintala (O.P.No.3).

Being aggrieved by order dated 24.06.2022 passed by the District Social Welfare Officer, Bolangir (O.P.No.2) at Annexure-3 transferring her on administrative ground to Jogisurda Sector of ICDS Project, Loisingha, the present writ petition has been filed.

It is on record that ventilating her grievance and seeking cancellation of the impugned order of transfer, the petitioner has
moved the Collector, Bolangir (O.P.No.1) by filing a representation at Annexure-4.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that because she took disciplinary action against some errant officials she has been victimized.

Be that as it may, taking into account that the petitioner has preferred a representation to the Collector, Bolangir (O.P.1), this Court directs the said opposite party No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The petitioner undertakes to submit a copy of the order of this Court within five days hence.

If such copy of the order of this Court is furnished before opposite party No.1 within the period of five days along with a copy of the writ petition, till disposal of such representation by opposite party No.1, status quo as on date relating to the posting of Lady Supervisor of Mohimunda Sector shall be maintained. 9.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of 10.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
