01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. A. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner & Mr. A.P. Das, learned ASC.
3. It is submitted that against the penalty imposed on the Petitioner, the Petitioner though has preferred an appeal before the O.P. No. 5 on 15.11.2021 under Annexure-20, but said Authority is not taking of the appeal nor passing any order on the plea raised by the Petitioner.
4. Considering the nature of prayer made, this writ Petition is disposed of with a direction on the O.P. No. 5 to take a decision on the said Petition filed under Annexure-20 by giving personal hearing to the Petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of this Order. The said Opp. Party is also directed to allow the Petitioner to file any further document in support of his claim while deciding the matter.
