Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-3 series at page 15 of the brief is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the Block Development Officer, Danagidi-opposite party no.4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-3 series at page 15 of the brief and take decision, as appropriate, within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner but however, if necessary, involving the parties likely to be affected.
