4. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. The present contempt has been filed for the alleged violation of the order dated 8th January, 2016 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.16784 of 2015.

3. A memo has been filed on behalf of Mr. Patra indicating that the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present contempt. The memo be kept on record.

4. That apart, Mr. Surajit Mahanta states that the matter was amicably settled with the Bank qua the recoveries under the SARFAESI Act, 2002. Hence, even otherwise the issue stands closed.

5. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are dropped and the CONTC is dismissed.
