Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with 2(b) C.C. Case No. 06 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Baramba for the alleged commission of offence under Sections9/52 of the Wild Life ( Protection) Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Athagarh by Order dtd. 26.06.2022 in BLAPL No. 199 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he was an agent who facilitated availing loan by the beneficiaries and he was taking commission for the same. 6.

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and he being in custody since 20.06.2022 and on perusal of the allegation vis-à-vis the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 8.
