2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"To direct the Opposite Parties more particularly Opp. party No.3 to make payment full salary for the suspension period from 25.10.2016 to 1.4.2017 (157 days and disburse the consequential service and pensionary benefits within a stipulated period of time for the interest of justice.

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.3 in that regard within a period of three weeks from today. 5.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.3 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.
