This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No.4 of 2022 arising out of K. Nuagaon P.S. Case No.05 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Special Judge-cum-Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Balliguda for the alleged commission of offence under Section- 20(b)(ii)(B)/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Special Judge-cum-Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Balliguda by Order dtd. 20.06.2022 in C.T. Case No.4 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 4.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Taking into account that the seizure of the contraband to the tune of 11 Kgs 100 grams (Ganja) from the petitioner and release of the co-accused, as submitted by the learned counsel for

the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail, on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter including the additional stipulation that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every month till submission of Final Form, the first date of such appearance to be fixed by the learned Court in Seisin over the matter.

It is needless to state that violation of any conditions relating to appearance shall entail cancellation of bail. 7.

The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 8.
