01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- " Under the circumstances it is humbly prayed therefore that the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs by directing the Opp. Party No. 1 to brought over the petitioner into regular establishment and sanction of pension and other pensionary benefits by virtue of Finance Department Resolution dated 22.01.1965, in case of Narusu Pradhan, Pitambar Sahoo and W.P.(C) No. 6537/2018 under Annexure-7, 16 series, 17 series and 18 respectively by condoning the break period of service;

And further be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties to give all consequential service and financial benefits; Or pass any other order/orders as this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper.

And allow this Writ Application with cost."

Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 20.05.2022 at Annexure-19 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.1, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
