This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with ICC Case No.4156 of 2020 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar running for the alleged commission of offence under section-406/420/506 of the IPC for his grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case. 3.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials on record; further keeping in view the other surrounding circumstances; I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. 5.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Interim order passed on 23.07.2021 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
