At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court on 6th November, 2019 in W.P.(C) No.19593 of 2019 stands complied with as the admissible enhanced compensation since been released, rendering the present Contempt Petition as infructuous.

In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
