These three writ petitions have been filed challenging the common judgment dated 12.10.2017 passed by learned Odisha Adminstrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.548(C) of 2015 and batch of similar Original applications.

Learned counsel for the petitioners in all these three writ petitions placed reliance on Gazette Notification of Odisha dated 8th March, 2019 and submits that in view of the subsequent developments petitioners are not interested to press these petitions at this stage.
