Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the State the trial has already commenced, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application for bail at this stage. 4.
As the petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2017, Learned Court in seisin over the matter shall do well to take steps for conclusion of the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order 5.
