For the availability of statutory remedy of appeal the review order ultimately merges with the main order and the main order can be permitted to be brought under the appeal provision. At this stage, considering the request made by Mr. Panda, learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court permits the Petitioners to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to prefer appeal along with an application for condonation of delay, if any. The grounds stated herein can very well be raised in the appeal proceeding.

It is further directed that in the event the Petitioners file appeal along with an application for condonation of delay within a period of three weeks hence, the application for condonation of delay shall be considered involving the parties likely to be affected and the appeal shall be heard and disposed of on its own merit. 3.

Considering the request made by Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioners, this Court directs, certified copy of the order at

// 2 // Annexure-4 shall be returned to the Petitioners by keeping a true attested Xerox copy of the same.
