This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. 3.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.156 of 2022, pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Kantabanji, arising out of Turekela P.S. Case No.68 of 2022, offence under Sections 302/201 of IPC and is in custody since 19.04.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kantabanji by order dated 13.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

On perusal of the order of rejection dated 13.06.2022, it is seen that the occurrence was on 15.04.2022 and the consideration by the learned Court in seisin on 13.06.2022, during the currency of investigation, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer before the learned Court in seisin post charge sheet which shall be

considered on its own merits without being influenced by the earlier rejection or the order passed by this Court.

Accordingly the BLAPL stands disposed of.
