This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 126 of 2021 arising out of Odagaon P.S. Case No. 59 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned Nayadhikari Gramya Nayalaya, Odagaon for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-394 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Asst. Sessions Judge, Odagaon by Order dtd. 03.06.2022 in Bail Application No. 30 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Keeping in view of the criminal proclivity of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application for bail at this stage since the trial has commenced. 6.
Learned Court in seisin over the matter is called upon to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order. 7.
It shall be open to the petitioner to move this Court in the event the trial is not concluded within the time fixed. 8.
The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 9.
