Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 175 of 2022 arising out of Hinjilicut P.S. Case No. 205 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Hinjilicut for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-379/34 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Chatrapur, Ganjam by Order dtd. 23.06.2022 in Bail Application No. 122 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, the period of custody and the punishment prescribed, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. ` 6.

The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 7.
