This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that initially, the mother of the petitioner no.1 hospitalized for two weeks and thereafter, the wife of the petitioner no.2 was suffering from COVID-19 for that reason the petitioners could not surrender before the learned court below in time. Hence, the present I.A. has been filed for extension of time to surrender.

Considering the submissions, it is further directed that the petitioners can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 25.07.2022, if the petitioners surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Kesinga on or before 14th of September, 2022.
