This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Mandamus directing Opposite Parties more particularly Opp.Party No.5 to allot a new GPF Account number in respect of the petitioner within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court".

This Court taking into account the nature of prayer had directed Mr. S.K.Patra, learned counsel appearing for the Accountant General to obtain instruction in the matter vide order dated 20.07.2022. Today when the matter was taken up, Mr. Patra, learned counsel for the Accountant General submitted that the Office of Opposite Party No.5 taking into account the communication made under Annexures-11 & 12 is in the

// 2 // process to allot new G.P.F Account number in favour of the Petitioner by the end of October, 2022.

In view of such submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Opposite Party No.5 to do the needful as undertaken before this Court within the aforesaid time period.
