Since the tender is of the year 2016 and the said period has already expired in the meantime, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. If any cause of action still survives, it is open to the petitioner to pursue its remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of the DTCN/agreement executed between the parties.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
