The petitioner has filed this writ petition against the interim order passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No. 1114 of 2016.

Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Addl. Standing Counsel contended that the original application is still pending.

In view of such position, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in pending the original application. 7.
