Mr.J.N.Panda, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.P.K.Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner submits for an adjournment but this bail application was listed today as a last chance on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner on last date and the present bail application is pending since 13.07.2021. 3.

In view of such, this Court considers it unnecessary to keep the bail application pending for any further. Hence, the BLAPL is dismissed for non-prosecution.
