Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The limited prayer in the present petition is for a direction from this Court for early disposal of G.R. Case No.362 of 2021 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Buguda on the ground that all the accused persons have entered their appearance and the trial has not commenced as yet.

Considering the above submission, the CRLMC stands disposed of with a direction to the learned J.M.F.C., Buguda to ensure early commencement of the trial in G.R. Case No.362 of 2021 and expeditious closure of the same, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order unless there is any legal impediment.
