This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the CRLMC application with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court afresh, if cause of action still survives for the petitioners.

In view of the above submission, the CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
